1. How to cancel booking?

Requests for cancellations can be made by phone, by email, WhatsApp, or the website link.

2. Until when can I cancel my bookings?

Cancellation before 48 hrs: 10 % Cancellation Charge

Within 48 hrs to 24hrs: 30% Cancellation Charge

Within 24hrs before12hrs: 50% Cancellation Charge

Within 12 hrs: No Refund

3. How will I get refunded?

The refund procedure usually starts within two hours of the cancellation. The refund amount will paid within three business days after deducting the cancellation fees to the account from where the booking was made.

4. How much time will it take to process the refund?

Usually three business days

5. What are the extra costs I may incur while travelling in Sikkim?

Travel reservations include the cost of transportation.All additional expenses, such as meals and lodging and tourist fee in some areas are not included.

6. Do overnight stops require us to cover the driver's lodging costs?

7. Where are your pickup points?

Every hotel or homestay where visitors have reserved a room in the Gangtok Municipal Area and nearby districts. Depending on the distance from the town, locations outside of Gangtok GMC for Gangtok District may incur fees.

8. Which kinds of cars are you offering?

Luxury Cab. Mostly INNOVA CRYSTA, but we may also provide smaller cabs upon request.

9. Do you provide shared cab service?

It depends on passenger's' preference.

10. Is travelling alone safe for female passengers?

MB Travel guarantees female travellers' safety and security.

11. Do you have provisions for senior persons and people with special needs?

12. What is the maximum luggage capacity?

The number of passengers in a journey or vehicle determines the amount of luggage. Typically, we advise carrying 5 passengers instead of the 7 that each vehicle is supposed to hold. As a result, the amount of luggage per passenger will change correspondingly.

13. Will the cab wait for us if our arrivals get delayed by our adjoining trip?

Maximum waiting period for the cab is 2 hrs. Waiting above 2hrs is chargeable Rs.500.per hr
